There follows a brief
presentation of how the system works:
A wide variety of financial transactions are recorded and administered
within the TMS according to the same principle, so that the system can
be learned quickly by the end user.
Legal requirements are complied with, for example the support of the one-on-one
principle or the fact that initiated transactions cannot be deleted.
The entry mask is always divided
into four parts :
Recording of master data
(Definition of contract partners and
contract type).
Recording of contract-specific
movement data
(content of contract).
Recording of the contract status
in line with the one-on-one principle.
